At the marriage of
Data
and
Reading
As a nation we are realizing the importance of incorporating data, and its analysis, into our instruction. This year I would like to strengthen the marriage between data and reading during my reading workshop and hope you will be a part of and collaborate with me on this unification.
Questions to Explore:
- How can I help students create and track meaningful reading goals?
- How can I enable students to verbalize their skills, comprehension, and reading progress?
- How can I integrate this time seamlessly and not sacrifice student worktime?
