Module 3 of 4:  Student Growth Measures

Module 3 training dates at Blue Springs School District:  Register for either October 15 or October 21.

Module 3 of the Missouri EES training series specifically supports Principle 4 of the seven required research based principles of an educator evaluation system.

Participants will:
*Understand how multiple student growth measures can effectively be used as one component of a comprehensive educator evaluation system.
*Learn a process for aligning educator growth strategies and student learning outcomes.
*Determine current reality and foundational elements necessary in the use of student growth as a component of a comprehensive educator evaluation system.
*Identify the key components that can be used as student growth measures within educator evaluation system.
*Develop a sample Student Learning Objective (SLO) using the professional growth plan.
*Create a plan for educating/modeling to staff how to create a SLO.

Each district may send five participants per module at no charge.
Additional participant fee or non-member participant fee:  $60 per person.

Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
