Crucial Conversations teaches you an array of dialogue principles and practical skills, explained and demonstrated through numerous examples. You’ll  be able to talk to anyone about virtually any topic, no matter how sensitive. When you learn to handle crucial conversations effectively, the quality of your relationships and your effectiveness in your career will improve dramatically, and you’ll be able to help get everybody what they want.

Sherene Walters Bio
Sherene has more than fifteen years of experience in training and development across many areas. Her style of high energy and enthusiasm is infectious.  She works seamlessly with all levels of an organization.  Sherene has been able to help numerous clients grow and develop their greatest asset: people.

Who Should Attend:  These sessions are designed for school and district leaders as well as teacher leadership positions like instructional coaches, department leads, or aspiring leaders.  If you want to attend the morning session, you must enroll separately for that session.

Lesson 5:  State My Path
Speak honestly and respectfully
Share tough messages in a way that invites others into the conversation

Lesson 6: Make It Safe
Take steps to rebuild safety when others get defensive
Talk with almost anyone about almost anything
